THE CHALLENGE

Hilton Hotels required an efficient and scalable in-room dining solution that streamlined operations, reduced costs, and enhanced guest experience. The system needed to integrate source tracking, real-time order management, and centralized performance monitoring across its global hotel network.

THE SOLUTION

We designed and developed a robust in-room dining platform with the following features:

  • Mobile Ordering: Guests place orders directly through their mobile devices for a seamless experience.

  • Source Tracking via QR Codes: Enabled tracking of room orders to improve accuracy and efficiency.

  • Order Management System: Automated notifications alert hotel operations teams for immediate action on guest orders.
